Who We Are

Tyler and Al- Veteran owned and family operated

Brought to you by a father- son team, we respectively found our love for coffee during our times as a firefighter or in military service. Inspired by those around us quietly going through their days; completing grueling, back breaking work, we want to build a community honoring and promoting the struggle that a good life entails, striving, failing, pushing, learning. We both witnessed the unique ability of coffee to provide a boost to these efforts, to create friendships, and to enable people to exceed their expectations.

Not just roasted-forged in fire.

Sharing a Norwegian heritage- we have a special love for our Viking blood, and we take many lessons from them, and from the global history of warrior culture past and present. Before the internet, and even written word, history and knowledge were passed down through verbal storytelling, often around a fire with family and friends. We want to embody that culture- the passing down of legends, honoring larger-than-life heroes of the past, present, and teaching heroes of the future that society values the struggle of a noble life. We want to build that family.

Our Mission

We pay homage to the warriors of the past and the American heroes of the present/future by proudly supporting our military, police, and firefighters and invigorating those who protect us. The Vikings were not renowned simply for their battle prowess- but for their courage and drive to go the extra mile, explore uncharted waters, take risks, and for their fierce dedication to family. We similarly vow to put our best foot forward and serve our customers with tenacity and loyalty. No matter where you come from, what you do, or where you are, you can live a life worth of song.
